Availability of services
Service outage on the night of 15-16 June
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that from 10PM on 15 June 2019 (Saturday) to 6.30AM on 16 June 2019 (Sunday), the following services will only be available to a limited extent due to the development of our IT system.
- Payment and cash withdrawal with CIB debit- and credit cards: there can be disruptions related to the usage of CIB debit and credit cards in the above period.
- CIB ATM services: the services on ATMs operated by CIB Bank will not be available.
- CIB merchant card acceptance: in the case of CIB POS terminals, there can be disruptions related to transactions with CIB debit and credit cards in the above period. In the case of CIB eCommerce (online card acceptance) no card transactions will be available at all.
- The card functions of the CIB Internet Bank, the CIB Bank Online, the CIB Bank Mobile Application, the eBroker and the Business Terminal will not be available, and for those of our customers who only have a credit card at our bank, these channels will not be available at all.
- The CIB24 customer service call centre will only be available with limited functionality. Naturally, the possibility of blocking bank cards will still be assured throughout this period.
