- The customs payment order function of CIB Business Online and TPP channel will not be available.
17.04.2026 22:00 – 18.04.2026 05:00:
- Receiving and initiation of instant transfer orders and payment requests may be not available.
- Recording, extension, and deletion of the secondary identifiers may be suspended.
- It may not be possible to initiate instant HUF transfer orders - including instant transfers submitted via the unified data entry solution (qvik-QR, qvik-NFC, qvik-link)
- Managing secondary account identifiers, and the payment request (qvik request) service may not be available (it would not be possible to initiate / reject / approve a payment request).
- Receiving of instant transfers and payment requests (qvik request) would be suspended, and the orders may be rejected.
20.04.2026 22:00 – 21.04.2026 05:00:
- The registration and reregistration options of the CIB Bank Mobile Application, the customs payment order function of CIB Business Online, and the SMS sending service will not be available.
- CIB24 telephone customer service will be available with limited functionality. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period.
22.04.2026 22:00 – 23.04.2026 01:00:
- The CIB Business Online will not be available.
We would like to inform you that
- the Debrecen Branch (4025 Debrecen, Piac u. 1-3.) will be closed on Friday, April 17, 2026, due to refurbishment and
- the Flórián tér Branch (1033 Budapest, Flórián tér 6-9., Flórián Business Center) will move to the GoBuda Mall at 1032 Budapest, Bécsi út 154. on 24 April 2026.
The planned schedule for the move is as follows:
- April 23, 2026 (Thursday):
On the last banking day before the move, the branch will be open as usual, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- April 24, 2026 (Friday):
Due to technical reasons, the branch will be closed.
- April 27, 2026 (Monday):
The branch will be open from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at 1032 Budapest, Bécsi út 154. Gobuda Mall.
- From April 28, 2026 (Tuesday):
We will be open at the new address according to the following opening hours:
Monday: 8:30-4:00
Tuesday: 8:30-4:00

Information about ATM services
- The ATM located next to the Flórián tér Branch will be available until 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 23, 2026. The ATM on the ground floor of the shopping center will continue to be available to our customers.
- At the new location in GoBuda Mall, next to the branch, an ATM with cash-in functionality will be available from 12:00 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2026.
