- CIB Bank Mobile Application, CIB Bank Online, eBroker, CIB Business Online and TPP-channel will not be available.
- Accordingly, the approval of online credit card purchases via the CIB Bank Mobile App will be unavailable also.
- CIB24 telephone customer service will be available with limited functionality. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period.
13.07.2025 01:00 - 05:00:
- Receiving and initiation of instant transfer orders and payment requests will be not available.
- Recording, extension, and deletion of the secondary identifiers are suspended.
- It is not possible to initiate instant HUF transfer orders - including instant transfers submitted via the unified data entry solution (qvik-QR, qvik-NFC, qvik-link)
- Manage secondary account identifiers, and the payment request (qvik request) service will not be available (it will not be possible to initiate / reject / approve a payment request).
- Receiving of instant transfers and payment requests (qvik request) is suspended, and the orders will be rejected.
- CIB Bank Mobile Application, CIB Bank Online, eBroker, CIB Business Online and TPP-channel will not be available.
- Accordingly, the approval of online credit card purchases via the CIB Bank Mobile App will be unavailable also.
- CIB24 telephone customer service will be available with limited functionality. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period.

- eCommerce service will not be available.

- A complete loss of service is expected for any transaction made with CIB cards (ATM, POS, online/internet) and for transactions made at CIB ATMs and CIB POS terminals.
29.07.2025 23:00 - 30.07.2025 06:00:
- CIB24 telephone customer service will be available with limited functionality. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period.

There has been a significant increase in attempted fraud and abuse through online channels. Fraudsters are using increasingly sophisticated methods to deceive customers in order to obtain their personal information and then misuse it to cause financial loss.
We are constantly taking steps to reduce the risk of potential scam attempts to protect our customers. As part of this effort, we have temporarily suspended access to CIB Bank Online for customers who have been inactive for more than 180 days and have not used the CIB Bank Online interface.
It is important to note that this suspension does not apply to the CIB Bank Mobile App at all, you can continue to use it without any restrictions.
Of course, it is possible to restore the suspended rights for the CIB Bank Online channel. You can set the rights by calling our CIB24 Call Center (+36-1-4242-242) or by visiting any of our bank branches.
