We are constantly working to improve our services, including the maintenance of our IT systems. In alignment with our maintenance plan, the following outages can be expected during the month of June 2024, when the listed services will be unavailable or operation with limited service.

- CIB Bank Mobile Application, CIB Bank Online, eBroker, Business Terminal and CIB Business Online will not be available.
- Accordingly, the approval of online credit card purchases via the CIB Bank Mobile App will be unavailable also.
- CIB24 telephone customer service will be available with limited functionality. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period.

- Card activation, card blocking, and limit change operation will be not available via The CIB Bank Mobile App.
- A complete service unavailability is expected for any transaction made with CIB cards (ATM, POS, SoftPOS, online/internet) and for transactions made at CIB ATMs, CIB POS and SoftPOS terminals.
- CIB24 telephone customer service will be available with limited functionality. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period via call centre.

- Card activation, card blocking, and limit change operation will be not available via The CIB Bank Mobile App.
- A complete service unavailability is expected for any transaction made with CIB cards (ATM, POS, SoftPOS, online/internet) and for transactions made at CIB ATMs, CIB POS and SoftPOS terminals.
- CIB24 telephone customer service will be available with limited functionality. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period via call centre.

- Interruption is expected for any transaction (ATM, POS, online/internet) made with CIB cards (credit, debit) and for transactions made at CIB ATMs and CIB POS terminals.
- A complete service unavailability is expected in case of CIB eCommerce (internet bank card acceptance) service.
- The card overview function will not be available on our electronic channels (CIB Bank Online, CIB Bank Mobile App, Business Terminal and CIB Business Online).
- The card activation and limit change service will only be available through the CIB24 telephone customer service. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period.

- CIB24 telephone customer service will be available with limited functionality. The possibility to block a debit card will also be available during this period.
