Our website awaits visitors with exciting new functions, and completely revamped design and structure from the beginning of August. 

One of our most important goals when creating the new website was to present our products and services in a transparent format, briefly and simply in line with our users’ needs, to ensure that our customers are able to take care of their banking needs as quickly and as easily as possible. 

In addition to the standard extra functions that our customers have already gotten used to – e.g. branch appointment planner, online messaging, complaint reporting, foreign currency converter –, our revamped website will also allow our customers to find branches and ATMs using a Google Maps-based, geo location-enabled search function, or the call-back option available from the main page and the sub-sites. In addition, our revamped personal loan and housing loan calculators will allow our customers to select the loan option that suits them best easily and quickly. 

In addition, in the autumn we will add other innovative solutions to our website, such as online bank account opening, personal loan application, and chat function. 

The website and all of its functionalities will be accessible from tablets and mobile phones as well.

1.    Where can I log in to the internet bank?

You can log in to internet bank as usual, click on the Login button located in the upper right corner of the page. 

2.    Where can I log in to the eBroker?

To log in to the ebroker, click on the Login button located in the upper right corner of the page, and access ebroker in the drop-down window.

3.    Private, SME/Corporate/Municipal/Fund Management content and the eBroker can be accessed just like before, what is the reason for that?

We are in the process of revamping our whole website. In the first phase of the process, we have replaced the retail content of the website. This will be followed by the other types of content. Older, not yet replaced content will be available at www.net.cib.hu from August.
