- the CIB Internet Bank, CIB Bank Online, eBroker will be accessible on the https://net.cib.hu/cib_internet_bank/index?defaultLanguage=english address.

We call your kind attention that due to system development of the banking systems

on 17.02.19 

- between 1:00 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. the Business Terminal,
- between 1:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. the CIB Bank Online and the transactions through CIB24 (except card blocking) will not be accessible.

Bank card and online service interruptions on 2-3 March and 15-16 March

We would like to inform our customers that between 2 March and 3 March 2019 and between 15 March and 16 March 2019, at the times indicated below, the following services will not be available or will only be available to a limited extent due to the development of our IT system. 
  
Electronic Services 

•    From 11 PM on 2 March 2019 (Saturday) until 5 AM on 3 March 2019 (Sunday), and
•    From 11 PM on 15 March 2019 (Friday) until 2 PM on 16 March 2019 (Saturday)

the CIB Internet Bank, the CIB Bank Online, the CIB Bank Mobile Application, the eBroker and the Business Terminal will not be available. The CIB24 customer service call centre will be available with limited functionality. Naturally, the option to block bank cards will remain available during this period.

Bank card and ATM services: 

•    From midnight (00:00) to 2 AM on 3 March 2019 (Sunday) and
•    From midnight (00:00) to 2 AM on 16 March 2019 (Saturday)

transactions (purchases and cash withdrawals) executed with debit and credit cards issued by CIB Bank and the services of ATMs operated by CIB Bank will not be available.

Merchant Card Acceptance:

In the case of POS terminals, transactions executed with debit cards and credit cards issued by CIB Bank will not be available:
•    From midnight (00:00) to 2 AM on 3 March 2019 (Sunday) and 
•    From midnight (00:00) to 2 AM on 16 March 2019 (Saturday).

In the case of CIB eCommerce (online card acceptance) services, no card transactions will be available:
•    From 11 PM on 2 March 2019 (Saturday) until 5 AM on 3 March 2019 (Sunday), and 
•    From 11 PM on 15 March 2019 (Friday) until 2 PM on 16 March 2019 (Saturday).

Please plan your finances accordingly during the above periods! 
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank you for your patience and understanding!

The service interruptions will be due to the fact that we are moving and at the same time developing the CIB Bank’s server farm, which supports the implementation of our bank’s digitalisation efforts.
