Contract for the use of CIB Bank mobile application, and create your user profile in the app with a few simple steps. Insert or scan your registration code, choose your PIN and start discovering how our app makes banking easier. In case of joint accounts, the contract can only be concluded at CIB branches.

- Add multiple users
The whole family can do their banking on a single device. Simply register each user with their own PIN.
- Select your secure PIN code
Choose your PIN consisting of at least 5 digits to log in to the app and authorise your transactions and other operations.
- Activate Scan ID
After setting up your PIN, you can also activate the Scan ID function and simply use your fingerprint to log in and authorise transactions for even safer and faster banking. If you registered multiple users in the app, remember that Scan ID can be activated for one user only.
