At login you need to enter your user ID and your standard secret password or the one time password generated by the Token or the #withKEY function of the CIB Bank mobile application.
In case of normal secret password at first login your password is the same as your user ID, and you must change this password at login.
In order to use the system you must activate your user ID.
In case of password generated by the Token before logging in you must give the PIN code of the Token. After that in order to use the system you must activate your user ID.
- private individuals having Telephone Identification Code (T-PIN Code) by calling CIB24 non-stop call centre (except the User is unable to utilize any service that requires identification by T-PIN Code, or if he is hindered by his physical state in utilizing any service that requires identification by T-PIN Code) or by filling out an Activation form at the branch
- corporates having T-PIN Code by calling CIB24 non-stop call centre or by filling out an Activation form in writing
In case User authorization is activated in writing, activation takes place within one Banking workday from the Bank’s receipt of such written request.
If you have been granted user authorization for transacting banking or investment business for more than one customer account you will need to select your user identity after logging in. If you have mobilCIB service and you activated yourself as a user log-in into the Internet Bank takes place by using the user identifier and normal secret password or one time password generated by the Token, you apply for mobilCIB log-in. At the same time only one system can be used.
